Online reported that Vietnam's official media on Tuesday quoted a government official as saying that SpaceX is expected to launch a satellite Internet service in Vietnam starting in the fourth quarter of this year. According to the Vietnam Youth Daily, the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology of Vietnam said: "The goal of the Ministry of Science and Technology is to approve low-orbit satellite pilot services immediately after investors complete the investment procedures and establish a legal entity in Vietnam. The goal is to deploy the services in the fourth quarter of 2025." Reported that SpaceX is currently working with the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam to complete the procedures required to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in Vietnam. (Jin Shi)
