US CPI Outlook: JPMorgan Chase raises future inflation forecast
Internet reports that Trump has recently stepped up his trade rhetoric, exacerbating the uncertainty of future inflation on the Federal Reserve's policy trajectory. JPMorgan Global Research has revised its economic forecast and currently predicts: U.S. GDP growth in 2025 will be 1.3%(down 0.2% from previous expectations), PCE price inflation will be 2.7%(up 0.2% from previous expectations), and core PCE price inflation will be 3.1%(up 0.3% from previous expectations).
