According to Internet reports, U.S. President Trump posted a message saying that he would visit the renovation site of the Federal Reserve Building with Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, Senator Tim Scott and others (and some new buildings!) It's an honor. There is still a long way to go before the renovation of the building, and it would be better if it didn't start, but it's here and I hope it can be completed as soon as possible. Cost overruns are huge, but on the positive side, our country is doing a good job and can afford almost anything-even the cost of this building! As you all know, I previously renovated the old post office building on Pennsylvania Avenue with great success. (Old Post Office Building) The total construction cost is only a small fraction of the cost of the Federal Reserve Building and is many times the size of the Federal Reserve Building. Having said that, let's get it done and, more importantly, lower interest rates.
