The Internet reported that according to Whale Alert monitoring, Tether made an additional 1 billion USDTs on the Ethereum network three minutes ago. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said this is an authorized but unissued transaction, meaning it will be used as inventory for next issuance requests and on-chain exchanges.
