Indian listed company Jetking has completed a fundraising of Rs 115 million and plans to increase its Bitcoin holdings to 18,000 within five years."

According to online reports, Indian listed company Jetking Infotrain announced its position target after announcing the establishment of a Bitcoin treasury strategy. The company will accumulate 210 bitcoins by the end of 2025 and increase its bitcoin holdings to 18,000 by 2030. It is reported that Jetking Infotrain has issued 460,000 ordinary shares at a price of Rs 250 rupees per share, raising Rs 115 million rupees. The company previously purchased 5.9835 bitcoins at a price of approximately US$110,957 each, with a total expenditure of approximately US$663,911. The current Bitcoin holdings are 21. However, India's regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies is relatively strict, with proceeds from cryptoassets subject to a 30% tax and a 1% withholding tax (TDS) on each transaction.
