The Internet reported that according to an official announcement, the Aave community issued a proposal recommending adjusting the risk parameters of all assets in the V3 Scroll instance. The proposals include increasing the reserve factor (RE) and lowering the ceiling of the loan limit to deal with potential risks caused by unstable Scroll ecological governance and protect agreements and user interests.
