Pencil Finance, a real-world asset (RWA) agreement for student loans on EDU Chain co-incubated by Animoca Brands and HackQuest, announced today that Open Campus and Animoca Brands have deployed $10 million in working capital as loan collateral to promote DeFi student loans on the Pencil Finance platform, the Internet reported.
